We manufacture packaging products in Wenzhou, China, and sell them on Amazon. This site describes our company and the internal ERP application we operate through the Amazon Selling Partner API.
We design and manufacture packaging products at our facility in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Our registered scope of business covers paper and plastic packaging, bags and cases, home textiles, arts and gift items, and licensed production of food-grade paper packaging and containers.
We sell directly to end customers on Amazon, operating our own seller accounts. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA in the United States, with stock shipped from our facility in Wenzhou.
Running manufacturing and marketplace retail from one team means order, inventory and settlement data has to live in one place. No off-the-shelf tool matched how we work, so we built our own.

Manufacture and sale of bags, cases and carrying products.
Licensed production of paper packaging and container products for food use.
We operate an internal ERP application that connects to Amazon through the Selling Partner API. For each seller account that authorises it, the application consolidates orders, inventory, fulfilment and settlement data into a single management console used by our own operations team.
Orders, order items, order status, shipment status and tracking; FBA and merchant-fulfilled inventory quantities. Powers our consolidated order desk and low-stock alerts.
Inbound shipment plans and shipment status, so we can plan FBA replenishment and reconcile received quantities against what we sent.
Financial events, settlement reports, fees, refunds and reimbursements, combined with our own product cost data to calculate revenue, expense and product-level profitability.
Sales and order metrics behind our internal dashboards: sales trends, order volume, SKU performance and inventory turnover.
Our own item prices and competitive pricing data, used for profitability calculations and to alert us when a listing drifts from its target price.
Buyer Communication, Buyer Solicitation, Brand Analytics, Direct-to-Consumer Shipping and all tax roles. We do not need them and have not applied for them.
The application does not retrieve buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or email addresses, and we have not requested any role that grants access to restricted buyer data.
All traffic runs over TLS. Stored Amazon data and API credentials are encrypted at rest, with keys managed separately from the data they protect.
Each authorising seller account is a separate tenant. Data from one account is never readable from another, and access inside our team is granted by job function.
A seller can revoke authorisation at any time. Access stops immediately and the account's data is deleted within 30 days.
We maintain a written incident response plan, reviewed every six months. Any security incident involving Amazon Information is reported to security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection.
